The role focuses on providing technical support for the Okta platform, requiring collaboration with IT and Security teams to implement single sign-on integrations, troubleshoot authentication issues, and design workflows. Responsibilities For Associate Identity and Access Management Engineer
- Implement single sign on (SAML, OIDC, SWA) integrations for internally used applications
- Assess, design, and implement automations using Okta workflows or through custom scripts
- Design and implement authentication and security policies
- Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve issues with user authentication
- Build and run custom reports
- Run periodic audit of user accounts in Okta
- Create support documentation and conduct knowledge transfers
- Support security team with incident investigations
Requirements For Associate Identity and Access Management Engineer
- Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or equivalent work experience/certifications
- 1+ years of experience supporting Okta in an enterprise environment
- Experience working with and using API's for scripting, integrations, automations
- Excellent problem solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues
- Self starter and excellent team player
