Senior Backend Engineer

As a Senior Backend Engineer at Venn, you'll be at the forefront of developing crucial financial services products from the ground up. Your role involves leading the development of features like transfers, cards, and lending solutions while ensuring robust production-ready systems. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to understand customer pain points and implement solutions through banking partner integrations and third-party APIs.

The ideal candidate brings 6+ years of backend development experience, with at least 5 years of professional Java expertise. You should have a proven track record of building and scaling production-ready products from scratch. The role requires an entrepreneurial spirit and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment.
