Senior FullStack Software Engineer- React & Ruby on Rails

Versapay, a leading fintech company transforming accounts receivable processes, is seeking a Senior Fullstack Software Engineer to join their remote team. The company processes over 110M transactions and $257B annually, serving 10,000+ customers and 5M+ companies on their platform.

The role sits within cross-functional squads comprising Product Managers, Engineers, and QA specialists. You'll be instrumental in designing and developing features across the platform, focusing on both frontend (React) and backend (Ruby on Rails) development. As a Senior Engineer, you'll contribute to architectural decisions, mentor peers, and help scale systems as the company grows. The ideal candidate brings 7+ years of software engineering experience, strong expertise in React.js and modern JavaScript/TypeScript, and either experience with or the ability to quickly learn Ruby on Rails.
