Requirements For Algo Developer Team Lead
- 2+ years of technical leadership experience
- 6+ years of BE software development experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong background in algorithms, data structures, and performance optimization
- Experience with routing, pathfinding, and optimization algorithms
- BSc. in Computer Science / Math or equivalent
- Experience with Go, React, AWS, Kubernetes (Advantage)
- M.Sc./PhD Computer Science / Mathematics / Physics or similar (advantage)
