Responsibilities For Senior Backend Engineer
- Implementing microservices from design to production
- Taking ownership of development, maintenance, testing strategy, design discussions, and operations
- Participating in all aspects of agile software development
- Managing end-to-end lifecycle of new product features/components
- Ensuring application performance, uptime, and scale
- Researching and suggesting new technologies
- Making important technical decisions and influencing system architecture
Requirements For Senior Backend Engineer
- 4+ years of backend development
- Hands-on experience in Python, Java, or other high-level programming languages
- Proven record of developing and scaling highly available, distributed systems
- Experience with AWS cloud platform (Advantage)
- Deep understanding of core programming principles
- Quick learner capable of mastering new concepts
- Collaborative team player with excellent communication skills
