At Virgin Pure, we're revolutionizing home water consumption with our cutting-edge subscription service. As a Field Service Engineer, you'll be the backbone of our customer satisfaction, ensuring flawless installations and maintenance of our game-changing water systems.

Your role involves:

  • Covering your allocated region and assisting team members when needed
  • Achieving high completion rates for installations and repairs
  • Identifying and fixing issues on the first visit
  • Providing top-notch customer service and driving positive reviews
  • Following Standard Operating Procedures and accurately recording information

We're looking for someone with:

  • A winning smile and engaging personality
  • Experience in field service or delivery roles
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Basic plumbing knowledge
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage priorities
  • Valid driver's license with a clean record

Responsibilities For Field Service Engineer

  • Cover allocated region and assist team members

  • Install and repair water systems in customers' homes
  • Ensure work is completed to the highest standards
  • Set up and demonstrate water systems for customers
  • Communicate with scheduling and stock teams
  • Drive positive reviews and customer recommendations
  • Complete stock takes accurately and on time
