You'll be specifically working on the customer care team, which has developed a proprietary CRM solution and innovative guided workflows to enhance customer service delivery.

As a Senior Software Engineer, you'll lead complex development initiatives across both frontend and backend domains. The tech stack includes modern technologies like ReactJS, Redux, TypeScript, and NodeJS for frontend development, while the backend utilizes Java, Spring Boot, and various cloud services. You'll be working with distributed systems and messaging frameworks like Kafka, ensuring high scalability and performance.

The position offers a competitive salary range of $108,000-$216,000, along with comprehensive benefits including health coverage, 401(k), stock purchase options, and performance bonuses. Responsibilities For Senior, Software Engineer – Full Stack Customer Care Technology

  • Lead development of full stack features, from user interfaces to backend services
  • Translate product requirements into technical designs and implementation plans
  • Build advanced ReactJS components and web applications using Redux, TypeScript, NodeJS
  • Architect and implement backend services using Java, Spring Boot, and REST APIs
  • Collaborate with architects, staff engineers, product managers, and QA engineers
  • Drive code quality through code reviews and mentoring
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues
  • Help steer platform modernization and migration efforts
