Join Walmart's Global Technology EBS team as a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer focusing on Customer Care Technology. You'll be responsible for leading complex development initiatives to modernize and transform the customer care platform, working across both frontend and backend technologies.

The position offers a competitive salary range of $108,000-$234,000 (varying by location) plus performance bonuses and comprehensive benefits. You'll work with cutting-edge technologies including ReactJS, TypeScript, Java, Spring Boot, and cloud services, while having the opportunity to mentor team members and drive technical best practices.

Responsibilities For Senior, Software Engineer – Full Stack Customer Care Technology

  • Lead development of full stack features, from user interfaces to backend services
  • Translate product requirements into robust technical designs and implementation plans
  • Build advanced and reusable ReactJS components and high-performance web applications
  • Architect and implement backend services using Java, Spring Boot, and REST APIs
  • Collaborate with architects, staff engineers, product managers, and QA engineers
  • Drive code quality through code reviews, mentoring, and best practices
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues
  • Help steer platform modernization and migration efforts

Requirements For Senior, Software Engineer – Full Stack Customer Care Technology

  • Cloud experience (preferably Azure) and deep understanding of CI/CD pipelines
  • Solid grounding in data structures, algorithms, and software architecture
