The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of backend or infrastructure experience and a BS degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience. Experience with C++ is preferred, along with a background in operations tooling and developer productivity. You'll be working in a diverse environment that includes both technical and non-technical team members, making strong communication and collaboration skills essential.

The company promotes work-life balance through flexible work arrangements, including the ability to work from another location for four weeks per year, and provides generous paid time off, including parental leave.
This is an opportunity to join a pioneering company that's not just developing technology, but actively shaping the future of transportation. You'll be part of a team that's already achieved significant milestones in autonomous driving and continues to push the boundaries of what's possible in mobility solutions.
