Lead Software Engineer

Wells Fargo, a leading financial services company with $1.9 trillion in assets, is seeking a Lead Software Engineer to join their Technology division in Charlotte, NC. This role is crucial in developing Solution Architecture for Enterprise Strategic Risk technology solutions and will be part of the team that sets IT strategy and enhances systems development and operations.

The position offers a hybrid work arrangement with 2 days per week telecommuting allowed. As a Lead Software Engineer, you'll be responsible for designing and building solutions using open architecture, developing customer experience solutions, and creating complex industry-leading user interface designs. You'll work closely with Architects, Developers, and Senior Managers to develop technology roadmaps and handle multiple complex issues and projects.

The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise with 5 years of experience in SQL and development using languages like Python, Java, or Scala. Knowledge of ETL, data warehouse, and analytics on cloud platforms is essential. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
