Job Description

ZEISS, a global leader in optics and optoelectronics, is seeking a Software Engineer for their Bangalore location. This role is part of their Production IT team, focusing on implementing and maintaining critical production systems for the Zeiss Lab and supporting business units.

The position offers an opportunity to work with cutting-edge manufacturing technology in a company with over 25 years of presence in India. ZEISS India operates 3 production facilities, an R&D center, Global IT services, and approximately 40 Sales & Service offices across major cities, employing over 2,200 professionals.

As a Software Engineer, you'll be responsible for implementing and maintaining Production IT related software, working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. The role requires expertise in JavaScript, SQL, and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), with additional experience in Grafana and Kafka being advantageous.

The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in Production IT support, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with diverse teams. Responsibilities For Software Engineer

Requirements For Software Engineer
