Power Platform Developer
Job Description
Zoetis, the world's leading animal healthcare company, is seeking a Power Platform Developer for their India Capability Center (ZICC) in Hyderabad. This role is part of the Zoetis Tech & Digital (ZTD) Global ERP organization, focusing on enterprise applications and systems platforms. The position involves designing, developing, and deploying scalable applications using Microsoft Power Platform, with Dataverse as the core data layer. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to automate processes, improve user experience, and deliver innovative solutions.
The role requires expertise in building Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps, with responsibilities including UI development, system integration, and process automation. Working hours are from 11 AM to 8:00 PM IST, with occasional overlap with EST timezone during production go-live. Responsibilities For Power Platform Developer
- Design, develop, and maintain Canvas Apps with pixel-perfect UI
- Build and configure Model-Driven Apps using Dataverse
- Develop custom connectors and integrate apps with Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365
- Implement Dataverse data models, business rules, and relationships
- Build Power Automate flows for process automation
- Deploy dashboards/apps to production environments
- Monitor and maintain applications post-deployment
- Participate in code reviews
Requirements For Power Platform Developer
- Bachelors/masters degree in computer science/applications
- 1.5-6.5 years of overall experience as a power platform developer
- Proficiency in Canvas Apps (formula-based development with Power Fx)
- Experience with Model-Driven Apps (Dataverse, forms, views, and dashboards)
- Strong understanding of Dataverse schema, security, and business rules
- Familiarity with Power Automate and Power BI integration
- Experience with managed/unmanaged solutions and ALM
- Experience in Power BI dashboard development
- Knowledge in Data Visualization tools and libraries
