Description For Sales Engineer

Zscaler, the world's largest security cloud operator, is seeking a Senior Sales Engineer to join their team in France. The role involves working in a hybrid environment within the Sales Engineering team, focusing on presenting and demonstrating Zscaler's cloud security platform to clients.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in presales engineering or systems integration, with strong knowledge of enterprise network and cloud security technologies. You'll be responsible for leading technical engagements with C-level executives, creating demonstrations, gathering requirements, and acting as a trusted advisor to clients during their transformational journey.

  • Presenting the Zscaler cloud security platform to existing and prospective customers
  • Creating and delivering demonstrations and gathering customer technical requirements
  • Setting the vision and translating goals into enticing and relevant recommendations
  • Being the trusted advisor to our clients while aiding their transformational journey

Requirements For Sales Engineer

  • 5+ years of experience as a Presales Sales Engineer or systems integrator
  • Knowledge of enterprise network or cloud security technologies
  • Experience leading large technical engagements with multiple stakeholders including c-level executives
  • Experience working with sales to identify, qualify and scope opportunities
  • Experience communicating complex technical solutions to a non-technical audience
  • Industry certifications - e.g CISSP, CCIE, SANS
