Pros: Many excellent and driven ICs. The chance to solve complex problems without defined solutions. A nice office.

Cons: CEO surrounds himself with sycophants and is unable to take criticism. Leaders in general within the company are weak besides certain exceptions. Overall execution from the top levels is weak, and the company’s foundation is too unsteady to scale as it needs to. Lots of finger pointing and blame game. Demo-driven culture, with no clear path to profitability. Overcommitting to a public goal without a semblance of a plan on how to reach it.

Pros: It is really fast-paced and provides room for learning.

Cons: It is really fast-paced and has a lack of company cohesion.

Pros: People are nice, and benefits are great.

Cons: Management is bad, communication is bad, people are overworked, and compensation is not up to date.
