CEO surrounds himself with sycophants and is unable to take criticism. Leaders in general within the company are weak besides certain exceptions. Overall execution from the top levels is weak, and the company’s foundation is too unsteady to scale as it needs to. Lots of finger pointing and blame game. Demo-driven culture, with no clear path to profitability. Overcommitting to a public goal without a semblance of a plan on how to reach it.
Yes, we have all seen at least one sci-fi movie. We know humanoids are going to happen someday. No, you are not a genius for believing this before the technology went mainstream. Take some more time to think about how to build an effective organization and less time on stroking your own ego.
