Have an escape plan
1X is a company that people get on their resume for 1-2 years and use as a stepping stone to get a role elsewhere. The work is interesting, and it is possible to take on a lot of responsibility and see title jumps very quickly.
You will work weekends and overtime. Overtime is so extensive that 1X has a partnership with a hotel in Moss. It is a regular occurrence to work so late into the evenings that people miss the last train back to Oslo and stay in this hotel. The management is very creative.
