Amazing Company
I really enjoy the work going on at Halodi Robotics. They have a great team and are really pushing the limits of compliant, high-performance robots. I highly recommend them if you are up for hard work and long hours. This has been my favorite company that I have worked for and I am really happy to be here.
The project is really hard. Be prepared to be out of your comfort zone and work long hours.
Be the north star for your employees. Don't let them get too far into the details that they lose sight of what is important for the company. Try to keep everyone focused and don't spread the company resources too thin. The project is too big to have everyone trying to solve all the problems all at once. Focus on one milestone at a time and try to limit the distractions.
