Good snacks, and a great owner. Benefits are ok. Paid for bridge tolls and mileage.
Run, stay far away from this place. There are bad managers and supervisors in the hands team, and a very toxic work environment. Coworkers are fighting against each other and are disrespectful, all just to get ahead in life. There is no accountability with management and no listening on their behalf. Don't come here unless you live on drama. There are broken promises and the pay scales are lies.
They need to be replaced. They all came from Tesla and they are very toxic.
