Cons: Working across timezones means you may not always get timely help, and you gotta learn to be an independent learner.

Pros: - Work from home - Quarterly bonuses - Friendly co-workers - Culture - Great product which is getting good traction in the market - New product line ideas look good if they execute well - Still hiring even though the trend is to lay off.

Cons: - The technical stack is old. - There is US-centric decision-making, though they try to be inclusive.

Pros: A lot of people who care about the problem that they are solving and are willing to help each other to grow. I am surrounded by some of the most intelligent and humble people I’ve met yet who are passionate about making an impact.

Cons: It’s a startup environment, so it is important to be able to work independently to a certain extent and be a self-starter.
