Will be the highlight of my early career
- An interesting approach to a really hard ML and systems problem
- Highly capable teammates who embody company values and intentionally support each other's growth
- A meritocratic environment where it doesn't matter how much experience you have, because if you show a willingness to learn and embody company values through your actions (e.g., velocity, customer centricity, excellence), it will be noticed and rewarded
- The flexibility to work remotely
- Lots of startups say they're "hypergrowth" and such, but this is the real deal
- Could use some room for improvement in the onboarding process and knowledge management (although everyone I've asked questions to has been welcoming and helpful), which is not an uncommon problem in hypergrowth companies.
