The work done here is very fast-paced and interesting. The work ranges across all areas of engineering and provides many opportunities to get your hands wet. One of the best parts of the company are the people that work here. They work hard but also know how to have fun while doing so.
The initial ramp up in learning about the products and optical communications can be a bit overwhelming for someone not familiar with the telecommunications industry, but teammates are very patient and encouraging.
