First, they took an online test, which consisted of aptitude, verbal, and two coding questions of easy to moderate level. Candidates were then filtered based on their scores and proceeded to technical and HR interviews in a single session.

Pros: Nothing. They don't have good projects.
Cons: Hike is very low, single digit mostly. Management is worse. Changing projects internally is next to impossible. If you are stuck in a bad project, you only have the option to change the company.
