Interview Experience - Advanced App Engineering Analyst at Accenture (On-Campus)
College Tier: Tier-2 Result: Selected
Round 1: Online Assessment (Aptitude) The first round was an aptitude test. The questions ranged from easy to medium in difficulty and covered standard topics like logical reasoning, quantitative aptitude, and verbal ability. If you perform well here, you move to the next round.
Round 2: Online Assessment (Coding) This round consisted of 2 coding problems. One was of easy to medium difficulty, and the other was medium to hard. The platform used was user-friendly, and the questions tested logical thinking and programming skills.
Round 3: Communication Assessment This was an automated communication skills assessment. It’s quite easy if you’ve practiced beforehand. I’d recommend checking out sample questions and videos on YouTube to get a good idea of what to expect.
Final Round: Interview This was the most important round.
The interview focused heavily on the projects mentioned in my resume. Make sure you have in-depth knowledge about what you’ve worked on.
Questions from core CS subjects like DBMS, OOPs, and OS were also asked.
Some basic coding questions were included too.
The interviewer was friendly, supportive, and created a comfortable environment.

Overall, it was a smooth and well-structured process. I got selected in the end!
