My interview was online. It started as per the schedule. The interviewer first introduced himself, then asked a lot of situational-based questions about managing projects. Before the interview ended, I asked him a few questions about how his journey was at Accenture so far.

First, I was asked about the challenges I faced as a leader in my team and how I handled them.

In case one of my team members is at fault, how will I address it?

Another question he asked was if one of my team is unable to deliver a given task on a particular deadline, due to some internal conflict, how will I deal with it?
