Cons: Nothing I can think of.

Pros: - Trainings and Seminars - Company Perks and Benefits - Allowances - Bootcamps - Well-established processes for onboarding, project transitions, and delivery, which help provide structure and consistency across engagements.

Cons: You can be retooled. Projects may sunset and may be put into a "bench," which creates uncertainty about being let go or pressured to exit. Low pay. Project-based work may not be good for the long term. Some managers think of employees as just costs. High workload. Favoritism between team leads and managers. Some biases in promotion and compensation. Not good for experienced hires and highly technical resources. Skills learned from a bootcamp may not be the same as actual project work, depending on where you will be assigned.

Pros: Good work-life balance across projects!

Cons: As an analyst, I was hired for a client project which had no relation to my skillset.
