It was very smooth. The interview happened late. They were really responsive to every problem. I could answer almost every question. I was very impressed with Accenture's recruitment procedure. The recruitment process was held as it was scheduled.

Pros: Accenture invests heavily in training, certifications, mentoring, and up-skilling, which is good for building your skillset.
Exposure to lots of different technologies, methodologies, clients, and industries gives a broad experience base.
Cons: Many report long hours, tight deadlines, and an “always-on” work culture, especially in consulting or client-facing roles.
Weekend work, travel, or working outside standard hours is not unusual.
