Pros: They leave you alone, so you can work from home or wherever you want. They pay really well.

Cons: They don't train you to do your job, and they don't even give you orientation so you can work. I have worked here for several months and I haven't gotten any training from my team to be able to accomplish the tasks that I am supposed to. Accenture Flex employees don't get paid holidays off even though they advertise that they do. It's only because my specific project manager allowed me to that I get them. They put you on a team, often times with people that you don't completely share a language with, so there is a hard language barrier.

Pros: Provides great support for employees.

Cons: Nothing can be highlighted to show downside.

Pros: A good starting point for working.

Cons: No security, low salary, no project – termination.
