Pros: All the benefits are there.
Great co-workers.
Cons: In the apprenticeship program, they more or less leave you on the back burner.
I was supposed to join a certain project but instead, they left me in limbo for six months. After finally getting a project, it was a 180 from what an "application developer" is. So now I've spent a whole year at this company and have zero experience as an application developer (which is what I want my career to be).
