Process

Very Disappointing Experience!

Step 1: Received a call from the recruiting agency and primary details were collected. Step 2: Company HR sent a Mettl online MCQ test link. Step 3: After clearing the online test, HR called to schedule the technical round. Step 4: The person conducting the interview started by asking me whether I was a resident of a particular region (North India) and what my mother tongue is. Then, they started asking many questions that were not relevant to the technology for which I was interviewing. I understood that they had made up their mind not to select me.

Finally, after 35 minutes, they started laughing at me and my resume. This is very inappropriate behavior by a senior person during an interview.

The interview ended, and I received a rejection email from HR on the same day. I am happy that I was rejected, as I do not want to work with such horrible and arrogant people. I am not going to apply to this company ever again!

Questions

All questions apart from my primary technology.

Mostly CI/CD, Microservices, DevOps tools, Automation, Spring MVC, JSP, UI framework, etc.
