The process began with an online application, followed by an initial phone screening with an HR recruiter a few days later.

There were two main interview rounds:

• The first was a technical interview that focused heavily on core support competencies, incident management workflows, and handling enterprise user issues.
• We discussed Active Directory, Microsoft 365 administration, and navigating Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) environments.
• The final round was a managerial interview focusing on behavioral scenarios, handling high-pressure support queues, and cultural fit.

The entire process took about two to three weeks and was communicated clearly.
