Process

The selection process was quite smooth. There are certainly several ways they get in touch.

For me, they first contacted me on LinkedIn, via chat, offering a job proposal in my IT area and asked if I was interested in the position. From there, they asked to talk further on WhatsApp to schedule a conversation about the company's benefits, experience, courses, how things work, career development, growth, etc.

They scheduled a phone interview. Four days later, they contacted me again to say they would have another interview/dynamics with the group and that they would schedule a date soon.

A month later, they contacted me to conduct the interview and the group dynamics. They asked each person to talk about who I am, what my weaknesses are, what I like to do, what I study, and other details that I don't remember. After that, they put 6 people in a group to resolve a case. We had to solve it in 30 minutes and present the project in 10 minutes. Case resolution is creating a solution to an existing problem or coming up with a new idea.

It was very smooth. Within fifteen days, at most, they will get back to give the result whether it was approved or not and already send the documentation organization, signing, admission process, etc., the next day.
