Pros: WFH model followed, which is okay for now.
Cons: No proper training is given, and even if it is, you will most likely end up in a support role (though the training is technical in nature). They will remove you otherwise.

Pros: Many perks: free Wi-Fi, bills, provided cab service, free WFH setup, many new trainings, on-time salary, yearly bonus.
Cons: Cuts out a lot from CTC. Freshers get deployed to some random projects without their will.
