Numerous events, training, and certification programs are provided frequently for employees to enhance their skills and learn to improve, pacing up with the growing IT demands.
Cons: Work-life balance is good. Again, it also depends on the project you are staffed on. Staffing on projects is done with less efficiency. No matter how good you work, you have to build rapport with your managers in order to get appreciation.
