Pros: Don't work here. It's totally hectic. No one supports you.
Cons: They don't understand your professional past. They will ask you to work in streams you haven't listened to before.
Also, they will ask you to work on weekends.
I am in a team where all of them are Tamil. If I ask them to speak in English, they will speak 2-3 sentences and then start in their native language again.
