Pros: Great environment to work. The office facility is really nice. The increment also seems fine from Indian MNC standards.
The work-life balance really depends from project to project; you cannot judge this company as a whole.
Cons: There are no cons as such, just that some of the things are not really great.

Pros: Excellent atmosphere to enhance your skillset with all the resources.
Cons: Finding a project might take some time, as there are not many projects fitted for a specific role. It's good to always upskill so you get projects.
