Pros: - Nice culture.
- Less politics in the Pune location. People here believe in work and party.
- Diverse and friendly people.
- A lot of activities to be indulged in.
- Associate managers are very supportive.
- They have set their guidelines, even with clients.
Cons: - Hell lot of politics when you come to Gurugram.
- Please ensure that we have all kinds of projects in all locations.
- Team Leads generally want to ensure that they remain in good light under the manager and hence they won't mind over-pressurizing you.
- The promotion policy is not satisfactory.
