Cons: - Long regular hours (9 work hours, 1-hour break for technology) - Extended hours (most of the time unpaid depending on the project), which is contrary to their work-life balance advocacy. - Some core trainings are not utilized when rolled into a project. - Some managers do not manage their people well (at least in my experience on the project). - Some junior developers work without seniors, making knowledge transfers non-existent.

Pros: The work-life balance is great, and I learned a lot.

Cons: Sometimes, the workload is heavy.
