I went to the recruitment center at Mandaluyong. I took some aptitude exams on logic, reasoning, and English skills. Then I went for an interview. The process took one day. I got an offer the next.

Applied on Indeed, then through their Career Portal. Took an online assessment (passed). Went to their Recruitment Hub for an HR interview (passed). HR told me to wait for the next interview but ghosted me and ignored my inquiry.

It was focused on my skills, my previous work experiences, my knowledge about IT, and what languages I previously used. It was just a short phone interview that focuses on these areas.
