Cons: Managers here are less like IT company managers and more like construction labor managers. They never listen to employees. Working even on Accenture mandatory holidays. If you are joining as a fresher, then think twice. Skills are assigned randomly to freshers, like testing, Java, Oracle, etc. No room for growth. Bootlicking culture.

Cons: Managers here are less like IT company managers and more like construction labor managers. They never listen to employees. Working even on Accenture mandatory holidays. If you are joining as a fresher, then think twice. Skills are assigned randomly to freshers, like testing, Java, Oracle, etc. No room for growth. Bootlicking culture.
