Accenture Work Experiences
- 4.0Good company overallAssociate Software Engineer • Former EmployeeBengaluru, Karnataka, IndiaMay 17, 2016Pros: I was working in Bangalore, India. I liked the work culture and had a great team and manager. They helped me whenever I needed it. As a fresher in the industry, I consider myself lucky to have come across a great team who helped me settle into my work.Cons: There are times when people are benched for a long time. This is not exactly great news for an employee. Also, there is a possibility of being stuck in a rut if you don't shake things up every once in a while. I knew a couple of seniors who were itching to leave the project/company just so they could work on something new.
