Pros: Good culture and work-life balance are also going great.
The project is going to be very helpful.
Party hard.
Communication skills will improve, but not technology skills.
Cons: Bad salary hike. Bad hierarchy. Not even a decent hike. Few technologies only. People are stuck here in only one technology. The bench is the worst thing here.
