The first round was MCQs, and the next round was coding. Finally, a tech and HR interview was conducted. But for some weird reason, 100 out of 102 candidates were rejected from my college after the final interviews.

Pros: The training environment is quite good, and the facilities are high-end. Training is extensive, ranging from over a period of 3 months for freshers to smaller programs for laterals. The work environment is good, and fun-filled Fridays are the best days of the week. It's a great place to network, given the variety of culture and knowledge around. The workload is not much, but this leads to high competition among peers.

Cons: Preferred location is not given consideration. If one is trained in one skill set, the chances are the project will be some entirely new technology. Networking is more important than working. Escalations/Promotions to management are biased.
