Pros: Less workload, good company.

Cons: Nothing as such. It's nice.

Pros: 5 working days. No card swipe, fill your time and expense sheet yourself (approved by supervisor).

Cons: Accenture is really very poor, in fact, worst in planning for new recruits. They give you random locations in the country, which is okay as per standards. But within a city, they keep changing your location from one office to another, and they don't bother to tell you your next day's training location until a day or two before. Also, they allocate random technological skills. So, if you want to work on a specific technology in your career, postpone that dream for at least a year or two.

Pros: Helping colleagues. Workload is okay.

Cons: Salary is less. Growth opportunity is limited. More perks should be there.
