It was an on-campus drive. The interview was mostly based on HR questions. They asked about relevant projects that I have done. I myself personally haven't faced much technical questions, but a few of my peers have.

Good flexibility and work-life balance
Associate Software Engineer • Current Employee
Calcutta, West Bengal, India
August 14, 2022
Pros: Accenture has very good flexibility with WFH/WFO/hybrid.
It also normally has pretty good work-life balance, but that depends from team to team.
Numerous activity sessions (like mental health, Zumba, etc.) are organized weekly for refreshment.
Cons: Salary is quite on the lower side as compared to product-based companies or startups. Also, work is mainly manual (almost no code/very less coding), which becomes monotonous very quickly.
Flexibility to change teams internally is also very less (as it depends on project requirements & vacancy), which is the case in most service-based companies.
