Cons: Many policies that limit the ability to move up.

Pros: The company is good overall, and they do provide a good hike. The working environment is good, and the cafe is good.
Cons: Sometimes it may take 12 hours and above in the office, for which we cannot apply for overtime. Lunch foods are not so good.
