Pros: Good, streamlined policies and processes, a global and uniformed workforce, and a well-recognized company.

Cons: Lots of politics. Managers don't know how lower-level employees are working. Certain employees are favored by management, with no recognition for others.

Accenture is a good company, but you have to play a lot of politics. Honest and creative minds won't get any recognition!!!
