Pros: No need to mandatorily complete 9 hours per day. Work as per your requirement.
Cons: Leadership, politics, and opportunities are only for people who can butter their bosses. But if you want to learn and look for personal growth of knowledge, then it's the best place to work as you will be getting a lot of work.
