Pros: 1. Hard work and long hours are good for youngsters. You can get awards for hard work.
2. Excellent workflow and processes.
Cons: 1. As a fresher, I had to spend some time on the bench before being assigned a project.
2. You may not get the project you want to work on, which is a problem from a career perspective.
