Process

I applied off-campus for the 2022 batch. I cleared all rounds and was shortlisted for the HR interview process. The interview went well, and the result of the HR interview was fixed for a date after one week.

After waiting 10 days, 75% of the candidates received rejection emails. The rest of the candidates waited desperately every single day for a selection email.

After a month, they sent an email saying, "You have to wait more... keep patience."

Few days passed with no communication from Accenture's side. After two months, they released the results, where almost all candidates received an indirect rejection email. Yes, you read that right: almost every candidate. It seemed like nobody received a selection email.

Literally, they played with the emotions of candidates and made fun of all candidates. It's the worst hiring process in the IT sector. History is made of mass rejections.
