Trainings.
Cons: Sometimes overtime is not paid, depending on the project you are in.
Okay salary, but in comparison with other companies, it's really a bit on the lower side.
Depending on the project, you will have the opportunity to grow career-wise or not at all.
Not really good management.

Cons: Salary increase is very low. Shouldn't end up on the bench since a lot of people spend time on the bench.

Pros: You get to work with the best of clients in the market.
Appreciation, etc., totally depends from team to team. I'd say I'm lucky enough to land in one which is amazing!
Good luck with that is all I can say, though.
Cons: I'm not really sure if they'll allow you to switch projects in case you're not happy with your current role or project.
